Added handling of forwarded headers and indicated in the docs that the proxy setting is
only for when your proxy doesn't support those headers.
OData layer should automatically handle being proxied

When behind a proxy we should be looking for
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Forwarded and related properties
rather than requiring the odata servlet be configured with proxy-base-uri
