added back max in criteria size for all translators and updated the docs.
added parallelization of dependent join queries based upon the user request source
concurrency, but with a hard limit of 10 as a preventative messure. This could be a
tunable parameter if needed. With further work though, it should be rare as there should
be other options for performing large dependent joins.

We should add back the ability for the user to set the max in size on all translators and
also determine a cutoff value for cost based dependent joins after which the dependent
join will not be performed if the independent side has too many distinct values.
