I'm not sure we want to do this. Are there any other projects that have m2e entries
in their poms? It seems like we should consider following the other suggestions of

- which is to use version .12 or a different eclipse integration instead.

When using Eclipse Indigo and and the m2e plugin, plugin Management must be aware of how
to handle maven lifecycle events. The attached patch tells the offending events to be
ignored. This does not affect the actual mvn commands ran outside of the IDE.
