The actual issue is the connection is not open, but it was not being verified at the time
admin object got created. The credentials were being verified during the very first call
on the admin api. Moving the priority to major, as this not critical

Fix For: 6.2.0
Currently the admin connections made using "ServerAdminFactory" were not
subject to the login restrictions, so the connection is wide open. This needs to be fixed.
