I manually fixed this for the 8.1 embedded kit download. Just changing the assembly to
include the connector projects or referencing jar classifier artifacts doesn't seem to
work. A little more maveny magic is needed.

A late change to the embedded example switched to using the FileConnectionImpl, however
the jar was not included. It makes sense in general though to allow the usage of our
connector jars outside of a rar deployment, since that provides a convenient
ConnectionFactory and familiar configuration options.
