added QueryTimeout as a client property that can be set via the url, datasource, or with a
set statement for 7.4 CR1. It can be overriden by Statement.setQueryTimeout.
Would a server setting still be desirable?

We want the configuration of the Query Timeout set on the server side instead of setting
it for the Statement Object.
