Resolution: Done
Added like_regex without flag support as they are not commonly supported. Also added
similar to handling. The Like language object has responsibility for all matching modes.
Pushdown support was added for postgresql, oracle, mysql, and h2.
The other regex functionality will be added later.

Consider adding:
like_regex
substring_regex (as well as ANSI substring handling)
position_regex
this would somewhat obviate the need to add similar predicate handling although that
should be added eventually as well.
