Pushing to 7.2. If users have enough long running queries through ODBC in 7.1, then they
should increase the threads for the odbc transport.

ODBC uses netty threads to execute queries over blocking JDBC, it would be better if this
could be done using a non-blocking version - which underlying the JDBC logic.
