Resolution: Done
Made the call to connection at the time "getAdmin" is called, such that any
identity assertion is done during scope of the "getAdmin" call. This will allow
even anonymous user but caller must specify the teiid's anonymous user name
(teiidanonymous) with no password.

Currently the admin connections made using "ServerAdminFactory" were not
subject to the login restrictions, so the connection is wide open. This needs to be fixed.
