Resolution: Done
Updated the logic to always set the srid on the returned value. Have not yet added the
logic to ensure arguments are of the same srid for binary functions.

Fix For: 11.2, 11.0.3, 11.1.2
For example:
select st_srid(st_boundary(st_geomfromewkt('SRID=4326;POLYGON ((0 0, 1 0, 1 1, 0 1,
0 0))')));
should return 4326, but instead is returning 0.
