Added the content from WIKI and old MetaMatrix document and some new content. The contents
include
1) jdbc connection
2) Teiid JDBC extensions
3) Transactions
4) SSL
5) Entitlements
6) Hibernate
+ things Teiid API does not support.
Document execution properties in the client developers guide.
