Could have been a copy and paste error from procedures. It's not supported, so that
should be corrected.
Well, it's not mentioned explicitly anywhere, though I got
the impression that BNF allows that in (1), as both FUNCTION and PROCEDURE share the
procedure parameter definition in (2). So only BNF is more relaxed, than the current
support is. That's alright I guess. (Even though it would be probably better for the
VDB not to deploy at all.)

Now that we have an extension property, we could allow an expression to be used in
parsing rather than just a string.
