In reviewing the other books they are rewritten more from a perspective of direct usage from github - there are links in teiid-spring-boot, embedded-examples, etc. that are only valid in a relative sense and not in a book. So for now this is only setup for teiid-documents. It does not yet include javacc documentation generation of the grammar, but that could be added.
