Van Halbert commented on TEIID-3570:
------------------------------------
Not overriding the defaults for null order or supportsOrderByNullOrdering, which are
unknown and false, respectively. So unless we disable push down sorting, this will a
possible outcome.
I have sent JDG group an email asking if there an option that I'm not seeing, such
that we can control NULL's first/last.
Infinispan-dsl-cache translator: Incorrect ordering of NULL values
------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: TEIID-3570
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/TEIID-3570
Project: Teiid
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Misc. Connectors
Affects Versions: 8.7.1
Reporter: Filip Elias
Assignee: Van Halbert
Attachments: serverLog.txt
NULL values are sorted oddly when using order by clause.
Numeric NULL values seems to be considered as zero.
Date/TimeStamp/Time NULL values are at the beginning, but String NULL values are at the
end when sorted.
