A somewhat related issue (shown in https://community.jboss.org/thread/204069 for a request
scoped transaction) was noticed with just adding in the transactioncontext. In both the
procedure block transaction logic and with the local connection using the calling thread
there were circumstances where the transaction was not properly associated with the
thread. This is likely due to incorrectly assuming that the transactionservice begin
method associates the transaction.

Resolution: Done
properly set the transactioncontext and added updated the resume logic to ensure that the
transaction is properly associated. Added unit (see TestEmbeddedServer that contains a
mock transaction manager that could be used other places) and integration tests.
