As stated in the description, the current methods provide the bindings in the context of the host/vm (from the registry) that it resides. The client app shouldn't have to wade thru the list to get a unique set to manage. For which a connector binding will be returned "n" number of times that it running on ''n" number of vms. - Configuration: the new methods will return the set of ConnectorBindings that have been defined for the whole system.
