Steven Hawkins resolved TEIID-2817.
-----------------------------------
Assignee: Steven Hawkins
Resolution: Done
The issue here is that we expected designer to use the old style positional metadata for
input set bindings if the input keyword was used. Instead input was used here as a named
binding and that resulted in the runtime error. I've addressed on the teiid side by
assuming that named bindings can be either input or inputs.

The XML schema is imported and the modeling is completed per the Lab on XML modeling. At
runtime, during VDB execution, the sql scrap pad has the sql entered - select * from
CustomerHoldingsXML.CustomersDocument
At this point the following error is displayed:
TEIID30328 Unable to evaluate "INPUT".AccountID: No value was available
The VDB will be attached per Steven Hawkins request.
