Description: Determine proper data types for BQT testing sources (PostgreSQL, MySql,
DB2, Sql2005, Sql2k, Ora9, Ora10, Ora11, Sybase) and create a standard set of data types
across all test sources to give more consistency in the query testing environment.
PostgreSQL should be the first source to be recreated and tested prior to proceeding with
other supported sources. We should change the above sources to match the supported
