[webbeans-dev] JIRA permissions update

Max and I discovered a way to change the permission scheme for a
project to correctly reflect the project. The main change you will see
is that:
* even if you are a member of the committers group, you no longer have
committer privileges on the project - if I forgot to add you to the
list of project committers, then please ping me
* the assignee list is now limited to the list of project committers :-)
This has been done for all WB projects.

[webbeans-dev] Web Beans Preview 2

All,
Today I did a "mini-release" of Web Beans specifically for GlassFish
integration. I have *not* released:
* JBoss integration
* Servlet integration
* SE integration
* Examples
* Docs
* Wicket integration
* zip distribution
Further, we have not done extra QA on this release (beyond the
automated test suites)
So, if you are using any of these environments or extensions, I
recommend continuing to use either trunk or Preview 1. NB We will
release CR1 in around 3-4 weeks hopefully :-)
Really, the only point of this mail is to explain why the tag exists ;-)
