[weld-dev] CDI TCK arquillian migration

Hi, first round of CDI TCK arquillian migration is finished (CDITCK-229). Check source on github master(https://github.com/jboss/cdi-tck). Since there is no CDI 1.1 Weld branch yet you can find updated weld-porting-package and jboss-tck-runner (AS7) here: https://github.com/mkouba/core/tree/CDITCK-229. If anyone encounters problems related to this migration, please let me know.
