How does that get created? We need one as that is what is being used for
the CDI 3.0
compatibility certification request.

It's just a missing link on website.
I'll look into that (and into why the website page is looking "mangled" all
of a sudden, at least from my browser).

I am pretty sure they should be landing there since it was me who was fixing up the
jenkins jobs to do that.
