separation makes sense.

With part of BVAL-327 now in the spec, I'm tempted to create a new
subpackage named 'executable'. It would contain the two new classes:
- @ValidateExecutable
- ExecutableType
I am also tempted to add ExecutableValidator to it but that's less
obvious.
Thoughts?
