Cloves, please open a forum thread here
http://community.jboss.org/en/jbossas/as7_users?view=discussions with all the relevant
details. The scanning-deployers-jboss-beans.xml approach of listing exceptions to be
ignored, IMO, wasn't a good way to deal with it and it won't be reintroduced in
AS7 (hopefully).
We however might come up with a way to allow skipping certain classes/jars from being
scanned. But we must first know what exactly you and others are running into, to come up
with the right set of requirements before implementing such a feature. So please create a
forum thread to discuss the Vaadin specific issue.
Ability to specify classloading exceptions to ignore similar to
scanning-deployers-jboss-beans.xml

We need to be able to specify exceptions to ignore during classpath scanning. This was
available in AS6, we need it in AS7, or something similar. Please see
