The APPCLIENT parameter is a special parameter that is used by the app client to inform
the subsystem that this instance is actually an app client, and not a normal AS7 server
instance. For a normal server instance this will never be present.
It will also never be written back to XML, and should never be user visible.

When adding a test for the CMP subsystem for AS7-2421 I noticed that CmpSubsystemAdd
references an APP_CLIENT parameter which is not mentioned in the model descriptions for
the model itself or in the add operation description. There is also no mention of
app-client in the schema.
