Adding more info:
* client.properties contains 4 nodes, 2 of which are down.
* clients are added continuously, so the ejb client had complete topology information
* lack of loadbalancing was observed using the fact that sessions were created only on one
node. since there is affinity in place, the 2nd node was doing nothing (see

I noticed that with a 2 node cluster, sometimes all sessions are created only on one
node.
Looks like cluster view is not updating properly on the client.
