Current usage of ctxCache in ZipEntryContextFactory is memory leak.
I currently changed it to use soft ref, but this should be controlled better, e.g.
unregistering contexts.
Or perhaps even no such cache usage with better context creation - which needs to be fix
any way: JBVFS-34.
