This is backwards, "main" pertains to a mechanism of launching AS as a standalone process, and requires a bootstrap to do so. Likewise, other launchers of AS should be able to reuse a generic "bootstrap" component. Resolve the dependency issues, refactoring (moving) sources as appropriate.
