Boss server is crashing with an "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" once shutdown has
started.
Setting a breakpoint in AccessLogValve.invoke() then doing shutdown, then releasing the
break point crashes the JVM.
The fatal error log shows the following:
