Build fails if ~/.m2/settings.xml does not contain the JBoss.org repositories. Build
should be reproduceable without additional configuration. We could add
<repositories/> and <pluginRepositories/> sections to the parent pom.xml until
all our artifacts are transferred to the official repository.
