This is probably JBossXB dependency,
which comes into MC as transient dependency.
Hence the issue should be moved there.

The container jaxb api dependency is:

but it needs to be updated to be consistent with what we are validating in jbossas as
part of the tck:

<artifactId>jaxb-api</artifactId>
<version>2.1.4</version>
</dependency>
