Chapter-Theory.xml = Section-Rete_Algorithm.xml + part of
Section-The_Drools_Rule_Engine.xml
Section-The_Drools_Rule_Engine.xml = part of Chapter-Theory.xml + Section-Running.xml
Section-Running.xml is only thing used in publication.
Keeping Section-Running.xml and Chapter-Theory.xml, removing Section-Rete_Algorithm.xml
and Section-The_Drools_Rule_Engine.xml
