The ResourceBundle is loaded by Util, so it is shared between channel instances.
Shouldn't be an issue with class loading as we're only passing strings around (to
the loggers)...
Starting to internationalize *user-facing* warn and error messages, and exceptions, e.g.
config file not found exception, misconfiguration etc.
