org.jboss.metadata.jpa.spec.PersistenceUnitMetaData needs to change to extract the version
from persistence.xml.
PersistenceUnitInfo.getPersistenceXMLSchemaVersion() should then be able to
return the version information. As noted above, that is the purpose
of this jira.
