Modifying a traited object does not refresh its traits. For example, if a Person is
traited as a Worker, modifying the core Person won't cause the rules for Worker to be
reevaluated.
The dynamic types should be consolidated internally
Modifications should be propagated
Refraction should be used to prevent duplicate activations
