I had assigned it to first myself and tried to reproduce based on what I understood. Since
reporter said on Oracle 10g, Viliam was going to try over there as well. I think he has
not been able to reproduce it as well. But may be it's with rename that throws not
creating a role which already exists.

When we are attempting to create a new role and its has been created JBoss Portal throws
an constraint exception form database and does not handle it. Sometimes Admin interface
shows us an error of code.
