This may be fine when creating a new role with name that already exists but problem could
be when you try to update a role name to something that already exists. See
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBPORTAL-2391. This gives us more idea for tests that
we need to add. WDYT?

When we are attempting to create a new role and its has been created JBoss Portal throws
an constraint exception form database and does not handle it. Sometimes Admin interface
shows us an error of code.
