Sorry, Alexey, I'd missed your first comment. Doing it in the CLI may make more sense.
Since I suspect if I do it in the server (e.g. with a no-param
"read-operation-descriptions" op), the next request will be to for nice
formatting. And the server isn't going to do nice formatting.

For usability, there should be a way to get a list of operation names with the
descriptions attached
Example:
read-resource - This shows you the resources at the this node
