Actually it should be set to whatever the value of TestManagedConnection's xaCode
variable is. It's configurable on a per test basis so hardcoding XA_RBROLLBACK would
be a Bad Thing :-)

XAExceptionUnitTestCase is leaking a heuristic record into the transaction manager's
log
because TestManagedConnection is deliberately throwing an XAException but not setting the
errorCode.
It should be set to XA_RBROLLBACK
