Anything that is no longer needed (classes, interfaces or methods) should be deprecated
and any of our code that uses them updated. Only user code (outside of our distribution)
should be using deprecated code. However, we agreed that old code wouldn't be deleted
until after the 4.0 release, just in case! So can we just make sure deprecation tags are
in place?
As long as this dead code isn't used within the ESB core itself, then we should pick
up the places it is used in the examples before the release.
MessageAwareListener cannot be instantiated by the
EsbListenerController becua seu it doesn't have the proper constructor

constructor of the form (EsbListenerController, ConfigTree). MessageAwareListener
doesn't have a constructor matching this sig.
