A Host valve is called at it calls getParameterNames() that sets the parametersParsed in
org/apache/catalina/connector/Request.java the saved request is restored but the
parametersParsed is not resetted.
May recycling the Request in org/apache/catalina/authenticator/FormAuthenticator.java
could help.
