Hmm, not true: down(UNSUSPECT) does actually remove the un-suspected member

- SUSPECT(A): pingable_mbrs={B}
- UNSUSPECT(A): pingable_mbrs is *still* {B} !
Result: unless another view change occurs, B will not ping A again !
