If there's no "retain-if-exception" element in the XML, this should not override the "retainIfException=true" declared by the annotation. Currently we're treating the absence of this XML element as a boolean "false", where really a null check is required. Solution will likely call for a "merge" implementation on RemoveMethodsMetaData, to be called from merge() in JBossSessionBeanMetaData.
