Added SPIs, Factory, and a simple default impl along w/ tests. Tests still need to:
* Check for NonDeterministicInterfaceException
* Be able to resolve by mappedName
* Check that NonDeterministicInterfaceException can be avoided by specifying beanName

@EJB References should be able to be resolved from metadata and a given scope in a
reusable fashion. Create:
* SPI
* Factory
* Default Implementations
Clients requiring resolution may then be decoupled by looking up the resolver as an MC
bean.
