What is this actually used for? The issue is, we don't have References for these
objects. We may need to create references for this, but I am curious how the reference is
used by the Referencable objects.

If a JCA implements javax.resource.Referenceable we must set the javax.naming.Reference
that the component is bound under.
Hence we need access to that reference.
