Lance most likely this is a classloading issue. The problem is that the class LoginContext
(part of JDK) is the one that loads the login module class, and it does that by using the
thread current class loader. I think I will have to come up with a workaround to set our
module classloader in the TCCL before LoginContext tries to load the login module class.
I'll play around with this today.

We need to be able to deploy security domains in a deployment unit much like we had in
previous AS versions so customers can deploy security domains individually or along with
their applications.
