Actually I just found I was working on 5.0.1, after I switched to 5.1.0M1, the issue is
gone.

When I have more than 10 versions of one rule, click version history will result in the
wrong ordering of the history.
i.e.
instead of showing 11, 10, 9...1, it will show 9,8,7...11,10,1.
