This is a paradigm that we use throughout the console. An argument can be made that we
could do something better but consistency will lead to better overall usability.
I'm going to reassign to Heiko and he can close this out if he agrees.

The Log Level listing and the Handler list should be drop downs "List Boxes" to
easily see /change the elements in logging. The paradigm of having an editing box at the
bottom of the page is not very intuitive.
