This would be similar to the classloader returned from Module.getClassLoader(). Also see http://download.oracle.com/javaee/6/api/javax/persistence/spi/Persistence... This is a JPA spec requirement but not needed by the Hibernate Persistence Provider (currently). So, we could put this off for a bit.
