But it's not currently causing a problem. :-)
I've added a TODO to TestManagedConnection
for whoever revisits the test to fix all the XAExceptions to include the relevant
errorCode.

XAExceptionUnitTestCase is leaking a heuristic record into the transaction manager's
log
because TestManagedConnection is deliberately throwing an XAException but not setting the
errorCode.
It should be set to XA_RBROLLBACK
