Its due to file protocol which JBoss uses to locate files ie: vfs, where xwork-core lib
doesn't supporting. Patch code sent to struts forum, fix may be available next release
of xwork-core.

What kind of a code can make to read a jar file deployed in Jboss AS 7...? JBoss AS 7 is
feeling useless with respect to an ERP environment. could not able integrate with Struts 2
or Spring latest.
